“Johnny, Thunder Throat”? What kind of films are Lee watching and is he going to start clueing us in on some of these off the wall titles? Aside from that odd ball mention, loved the reminiscing of Carl Reiner. Classic.
RR lost his touch since 1994’s “North”. Declared one of the worst pictures ever. He doesn’t seem to give a shit anymore. His films ramble and rarely go anywhere. Too bad, I really think Michael Douglas can be great in the right vehicle other than a wheelchair.
Scarlett Johansson is excelling in blank acting. Stare into space as if you are drugged up and use your body as the weapon. Agree on Paul’s thoughts on Luc Besson. His early works as a director were great; La Femme Nikita, Leon: The Professional and even The Fifth Element. 2005’s Angel-A was his last truly inspired film. If you have not seen it, it a MUST!
