A more apt title for this retelling of the King Arthur story could be called “Guy Ritchie’s King Arthur: Legend of the Sword”.

“Kong: Skull Island” is Warner Brothers & Legendary’s attempt to launch it’s own universe – cinematic monsters. I’ll just say it’s no “Iron Man”.

“The Ninth Configuration” suffered the fate of being too high-minded for its time. But for those deep thinkers who were open to its philosophical and metaphysical musings and its search for a higher being, the pay off was a remarkable experience.
This is a well-tuned machine that provides a fun trip to the movies that can be enjoyed by just about anyone young and old.
In a movie age where more and more is being thrown on the screen – more computer effects, bigger armies of monsters and baddies, numbingly epic running times – “Gravity” shows the beauty that can result in paring down.
They say the devil is in the details, and it certainly was with this film.
I won’t regurgitate the same old manure you could get EVERYWHERE else. Instead, I will inform you of my own personal journey. It is so much sweeter (and it has funnier (and hotter, I might add) pictures).
